Semi Automated Plate Sealer
Sealbio-2는 Plate를 열을 가하여 sealing을 하는 semi automated plate sealer 제품입니다. Plate와 sealing film을 동시에 가열하여 접합을 하기 때문에 더 강력한 접합이 가능하기 때문에 저온 상태로 오래 유지해도 접합부위가 떨어질 걱정없이 사용이 가능합니다. 온도 조건이 80 ~ 200℃로 조절이 가능하고 누르는 압력을 1~5단계로 조절할 수 있기 때문에 Plate 재질의 상태에 맞게 조건의 변경하여 사용이 가능합니다. Plate의 높이도 48mm까지 사용이 가능하기 때문에 모든 Plate의 사용이 가능합니다.

Step 1. Plate를 넣는 drawer를 엽니다.
Step 2. Plate adaptor / Plate를 순서대로 올려 놓습니다. (Plate adaptor는 반드시 사용해야 합니다.)
Step 3. Sealing film을 올려 놓습니다.
Step 4. Weighted clear platen을 올려 놓습니다. (Sealing film 보호 및 움직이지 않도록 고정해 주는 역할을 합니다.)
Step 5. "RUN" 버튼을 누룹니다.
